Shipping / Returns / Refunds

The following information is designed to help you understand our Shipping and Return Policies. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, add or remove portions of this policy at any time by posting such changes to this page. Such changes will be effective upon posting. By purchasing items, you agree to be bound by these provisions, along with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Shipping and Return Policies which are hereby incorporated by reference.

Shipping Policy

  1. Carriers Used: FedEx, USPS, UPS or DHL. It is the sole discretion of Icon Snowskates to use the carrier of our choice. All items will be traceable for your protection. We do not accept C.O.D.
  2. Delivery Days/Times:
    1. Most orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days (depending on stock availability). If an item is not in stock, or we cannot ship within that time frame, we will notify you by phone or e-mail and give you the status of your order and your options.
    2. Additionally, this site disclaims any and all liability for the carrier failing to adhere to delivery days and times.
  3. Shipping Costs: All parcels ordered and shipped through Icon Snowskates will incur a shipping fee based on weight and package size that will include shipping and handling.

Refund Policy

Icon Snowskates are fully guaranteed against manufacturing defects, in which case we will pay for return shipping and replace your board as soon as possible. Please see our Return Policy (below) for instructions and address.

We cannot be responsible for normal wear and tear, as an aggressive snowskater may need a new board each season.

If you have any questions regarding this warranty, please contact us and include pictures of your Icon snowskate if possible.

All other returns (e.g.-the customer is not happy with the graphics or size of the item in general)  will receive a merchandise credit, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping.

Return Policy

IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR ORDER, YOU MAY RETURN THE ITEM FOR A STORE CREDIT, EXCHANGE or REFUND (less shipping costs). RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK ON OR BEFORE THE FIFTEENTH (15) DAY FROM THE ORIGINAL POSTMARK (Original Shipping Date).

  1. Return Authorization Number (RAN) Required:
    A Return Authorization Number (RAN) is required for all product returns. Please note that refunds do not include shipping, handing or postage fees, no exceptions. Please contact us (see the Contact page) to obtain your Return Authorization Number.
  2. Dissatisfied With a Product?
    1. You may return any product that is not considered custom made or clearly marked non-refundable in the product description and is unused. Icon Snowskates reserves the right to determine if the product is used or not.
    2. You must return the product including the original manufacturers packaging at your expense. If you choose an alternate product, it will be shipped to you at our expense.
